Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ironworker to join our team. As an Ironworker, you will be responsible for rigging, welding, and assembling various metal structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and angles
- Rig, weld, and assemble metal components to construct buildings and other structures
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and bend metal
- Install and secure metal beams, columns, and other structural elements
- Thread pipes and perform basic pipefitting tasks
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ironworker or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and welding processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with pipe threading and basic pipefitting tasks
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
