Job Responsibilities:

Apply proficient MIG welding techniques to join metal components effectively, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Thoroughly examine and comprehend complex blueprints to ensure precise fabrication that meets the highest quality standards.
Take meticulous measurements using various tools and demonstrate precision with tape measures, contributing to flawless workmanship.
Skillfully operate and control metal grinders, band saws, and a drill press to shape, refine, and prepare materials for assembly.
Diligently conduct rigorous spot weld tests to identify and rectify any potential leaks, ensuring all finished products meet stringent quality criteria.

Job Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence.
Showcase expertise in working with both light and medium gauge materials, highlighting versatility in fabrication skills.
Exhibit proficiency in accurately interpreting tape measures and performing fundamental mathematical calculations for precise work.
Familiarity with interpreting complex weld symbols and blueprint specifications, indicating a strong understanding of technical drawings.
A Technical Degree or Welding Certification is preferred, reflecting your commitment to professional growth and development.
