Job Title: Safety Technician (Industrial)

- Safety Training and Education

- Regulatory Compliance
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Record Keeping
Qualifications:

Certifications:
- OSHA certification (30-hour or 10-hour course).
- First aid and CPR certification.
- 500 or 510 Certification
- Additional certifications such as HAZWOPER, Forklift Safety, or Confined Space Entry may be preferred.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Industrial environments
- Exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials.
- Requires wearing appropriate PPE and sometimes working in confined spaces or at heights.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
