Job Summary
With our Fall/2025 outage season fast approaching, we are seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working inside/on industrial boilers as well as be able to meet the physical demands, technical skills and safety requirements of this job. This role is a member of the HBBW Field Service division, meaning that this is a travel based position, servicing emergency outages and scheduled shutdowns.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Making, installing, and repairing boilers,
- Reading blueprints, casting pieces and bending,
- Welding and bolting pieces together,
- Testing boilers & performing routine maintenance,
- Assisting welders & rigging,
- Working with a variety of tools and use rigging,
- Working during forced outages/emergencies, (day or night shift)
- Fabricating and assembling metal structures,
- Reading and interpreting diagrams, sketches, blueprints,
- Performing jobs safely while adhering to all safety guidelines,
- Demonstrating professionalism,
Skills
- Experience working inside/on industrial boilers.
