Synergy Labor Solutions is looking for a Safety Manager in Olathe, KS
The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead safety initiatives that protect our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Act as the point of contact for any safety-related issues or concerns on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in [industry].
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA 10, 30, CSP, CPR, First Aid) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management practices.
