Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Vertical Mill Machinists for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI. This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- Confirm Vise is True to Machine
- Review Set Up Sheet and Pulled Tools
- Provide Feedback of any Concerns to Team after Tooling is Set
- Run Single Control and Small Vertical Machines
- Use Appropriate Machining Tools: Go/No Go Gauges and Calipers for Inspections, Compare to Blueprint
- Set up, Operate, and Tend to Preventative Maintenance for CNC Equipment
- Identify Non-Conformances During Inspections of Component Parts and Properly Document such Non-Conformances
- Notify Supervisor when work received does not Meet the Specifications Required
- Record Accurate Log of Job Times and Specifications for Audit Reports
- Maintain, Clean Equipment, Tools, Work Area
Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 Years of Machining Experience; 3 Years of HAAS Control is Preferred
- Able to Interpret and Work from Complex Drawings and Blueprints
- Strong Knowledge of Decimals
- Ability to Use Precision Measurement Tools
