Responsibilities:

- Welds together metal components as specified by layout, diagram, work order, welding procedures, using electric wire feed welding equipment;
- Manually guides gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle.
- Welds in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
- Cleans or degreases weld joint or work piece using wire brush, portable grinder.
- May cut metal plate or structural shapes using oxy/acetylene torch.
- May use bore repair equipment, SMA equipment and carbon arc equipment.
- Actively perform work to ensure WCM criteria is met.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years welding experience and/or successful completion of a Technical Diploma/Certification in Welding.
- Able to read welding blueprints.
- Must pass an AWS certification test given by company.

This position pays: $30.08 - $30.97 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
**Sign on bonus up to $4,000
**Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
