Job Responsibilities:
- Apply proficient MIG welding techniques to join metal components effectively, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
- Thoroughly examine and comprehend complex blueprints to ensure precise fabrication that meets the highest quality standards.
- Take meticulous measurements using various tools and demonstrate precision with tape measures, contributing to flawless workmanship.
- Skillfully operate and control metal grinders, band saws, and a drill press to shape, refine, and prepare materials for assembly.
- Diligently conduct rigorous spot weld tests to identify and rectify any potential leaks, ensuring all finished products meet stringent quality criteria.
Job Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence.
- Showcase expertise in working with both light and medium gauge materials, highlighting versatility in fabrication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in accurately interpreting tape measures and performing fundamental mathematical calculations for precise work.
- Familiarity with interpreting complex weld symbols and blueprint specifications, indicating a strong understanding of technical drawings.
- A Technical Degree or Welding Certification is preferred, reflecting your commitment to professional growth and development.
