Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including pipe threading, power tool operation, building and rigging structures, and soldering. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and expertise in welding techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of the finished products.
Duties:
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as arc welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods and materials
- Operate power tools and equipment necessary for welding and fabrication work
- Build and rig structures according to specifications
- Conduct inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair or modify metal components as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including arc welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
- Strong knowledge of pipe threading, tube bending, and soldering
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in welding and fabrication work
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing or bending
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.48 - $33.00 per hour

- Stick welding: 2 years (Required)
