- Perform MIG welding of various components, including bump feeders, corral gates, and livestock holdings, meeting high production expectations.
- Work with steel metals and thinner materials, ensuring clean and accurate welds.
- Maintain a quick, accurate, and clean production speed to meet daily quotas.
- Attend a mandatory paid safety orientation prior to starting work.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Job Posting Qualifications
Previous experience in MIG welding, preferably in a high-volume production environment. Ability to weld aluminum and other thinner metals with precision and cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production expectations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Must have own basic welding tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Valid certifications or qualifications in MIG welding preferred.
Pay
Pay starts at $25+hr, depending on skill set and experience, we are looking for qualified journeymen, production welders.
