Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder Helper to join our team. As a Welder Helper, you will work closely with experienced welders to assist in various welding and fabrication tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the welding industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced welders in setting up and operating welding equipment
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and measuring
- Help with the fabrication of metal components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform basic welding tasks under the guidance of experienced welders
- Assist in the assembly and installation of welded components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Experience with soldering, press brake machines, TIG welding, and other welding techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand technical drawings and measurements
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
- Ability to rig and move heavy objects safely
