Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety protocols. This role requires full-time travel as a key component of the job.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all electrical construction activities on-site
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Supervise and provide guidance to electrical crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to undertake a full-time travel commitment
